Over time, Guidance has come to understand leadership not as a position, but as a responsibility to listen, to serve, and to act with integrity. He believes that meaningful progress comes from working closely with people, understanding their lived realities, and contributing in ways that are practical, inclusive, and sustainable.
His journey remains ongoing. He continues to learn, to work, and to stay connected to his roots in Mutoko. What matters most to him is to grow in a way that creates value for others, while remaining grounded in the community that shaped him.
Apart from his business activities, Guidance has supported grassroots football development and community sporting initiatives, while also contributing towards the completion of the Makaha Clinic residence block in Mudzi District, a project that had remained unfinished for years due to funding challenges.
